'Vote No' campaign launched in Korat

More than 500 yellow-shirt supporters of the People’s Alliance for Democracy (PAD) on Saturday campaigned for 'Vote No' in Nakhon Ratchasima, reports said.

The yellow-shirts, carrying placards asking for 'Vote No', marched along various main roads in the northeastern province to encourage voters to refrain from allowing ‘animals’ to enter the parliament in the July 3 election.
PAD core leader in Nakhon Ratchasima, Suphote Piriyakiatsakul, said the rally was aimed at calling eligible voters not to vote in support of corrupted politicians in order to pave way for the country’s political reform.
He said it’s the right time to give a lesson to the politicians buying votes for wining MP seats, and that it is the time for people to exercise their voting rights to protect the motherland.
The yellow-shirts yesterday launched the 'Vote No' campaigns at Lumpini Park and Silom Road in inner Bangkok.
